The merged entity will have about 600 employees across seven clinical locations, including a new facility opening in Westminster, Colo., in summer 2021.
The practice includes three ASCs, two recovery centers, three MRI facilities and four physical and occupational therapy centers, according to a Dec. 18 news release.
Forty-three physicians will practice under the OCR umbrella, as well as 34 physician assistants and nurse practitioners, 18 physical therapists and seven occupational therapists.
The partnership includes full business and clinical integration and aims to strengthen value-based care initiatives in the region.
