Dr. Daryll Dykes joins New York hospital

Spine surgeon Daryll Dykes, MD, PhD, joined the orthopedic team at Auburn (N.Y.) Community Hospital, according to auburnpub.com.

Dr. Dykes also practices in Syracuse at Upstate University Hospital, Upstate University Hospital-Community Campus, the Upstate Orthopedics ASC and Crouse Hospital. He is an assistant professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.

Dr. Dykes has experience in adult and pediatric spine surgery, providing treatment for spinal deformities, tumors, infections, injuries and degenerative conditions.

In a prepared statement, ACH Chief Medical Officer John Riccio, MD, said Dr. Dykes “provides an expertise that is not currently found at ACH, and this is another example how our hospital is partnering with larger Medical Centers to serve the healthcare needs in our community.”
