Spine device manufacturer Joimax partnered with medical device distributor LifeHealthcare to strengthen its presence in the Australian market.

Phoenix-based Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co., a firm focused on managing orthopedic practices, inked a deal with Jacksonville-based Ascension Florida and Gulf Coast to develop a joint venture that will result in a new orthopedic hospital and ASC.

Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio, a 25-physician practice in Lima, is expanding services at Mary Rutan Hospital Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Spinal implant developer Kahtnu Surgical partnered with U.K.-based Ortho Consulting Group to support sales channels outside the U.S.

Dacula, Ga.-based Apex Spine and Neurosurgery teamed with Reagan Medical Center in Lawrenceville to expand access to care.
