Rush University Medical Center Surgeons Perform Wrist Surgery on White Sox Catcher Ramon Castro

Surgeons at Rush University Medical Center performed surgery on Chicago White Sox catcher Ramon Castro for a broken wrist last week, according to a Chicago Tribune news report.

Mr. Castro injured his wrist while catching in an early June game and was unable to return to the field. Following his surgery, Mr. Castro will spend 8-12 weeks in rehabilitation and could be out for the rest of the season.
