Dr. Wiseman, medical director of the medical center’s comprehensive stroke center, replaces J. Russel Langdon, MD, who has retired after 36 years at the hospital.
In his new position, Dr. Wiseman will provide leadership to stakeholders in the Brain & Spine Institute, which includes a spine center, neuroscience center and a neuro oncology facility.
He will also be responsible for improving care quality and advancing the medical center’s productivity and research.
