Kindred will help build and operate the 59-bed inpatient facility in Tampa, which is expected to hire more than 140 staff.
Imaging, lab and surgical services will be provided by TGH.
The center will span about 80,000 square feet and feature a brain injury unit, translational living apartments and a therapy gym.
The facility is set to break ground this summer and open in fall 2021.
