The Core Institute offers orthopedic urgent care during COVID-19 pandemic

The Core Institute is providing orthopedic urgent care at its Phoenix and Novi, Ariz., locations to ease the expected burdens on emergency rooms and urgent care centers in the coming weeks.

Providers will treat the full spectrum of orthopedic and sports injuries.

The facilities feature onsite X-rays, casting, splinting and suture kits. They will also be offering telemedicine services.

“By treating patients with orthopedic needs in our clinics and not in the hospital emergency rooms, we can help them conserve these invaluable resources and simultaneously protect patients,” said David Jacofsky, MD, CEO of The Core Institute.
