Washington hospital tops off $190M hospital tower, to feature new orthopedic floor

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, Wash., recently placed the final beam on top of its five-story hospital tower, which will feature an orthopedic floor, reports 425 Business.

Three things to know:

1. The $190 million project will span 240,000-square-feet.

2. The 349-bed nonprofit hospital is a Level III trauma center that employs more than 1,000 active and courtesy physicians.

3. Construction began in 2017 and is set for completion in 2022.
