Texas rehab center to add orthopedic, sports medicine services — 3 things to know

Baylor Scott & White Sports Therapy & Research at The Star in Frisco, Texas, is expanding pediatric sports medicine and orthopedic services at its practice, reports D CEO Healthcare.

Three things to know:

1. Dallas-based Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children is adding the new clinic at Baylor Scott & White, which will host a sports medicine surgeon, a pediatrician and other providers.

2. The new facility will span 6,000-square-feet and include an X-ray room and nine exam rooms.

3. Baylor Scott & White currently provides several sports medicine services including a sports performance program, urgent care center, imaging center and outpatient rehabilitation.
