Dr. Jess is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction of the hip and knee.
He earned his doctorate of osteopathic medicine from Des Moines (Iowa) University — College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Following medical school Dr. Jess completed an orthopedic surgery residency at Michigan State University — McLaren Greater Lansing and a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
He will begin practicing at Hope Orthopedics Oregon in December.
