Four things to know:
1. The new clinic was developed by Lonnie Davis, MD, who was in private practice with Bethesda, Md.-based Centers for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine since 2006.
2. Dr. Davis is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopy.
3. Ortho OIC treats adults and children with acute orthopedic injuries including sports injuries, fractures, back and neck pain.
4. A grand opening is scheduled on Sept. 19.
