Dr. Wittenberg earned his medical degree at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla., and completed his residency in neurosurgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver. He also completed a spine surgery fellowship at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
