Three things to know:
1. Approximately 70 team members, including 20 new hires, will work at the 50,000-square-foot facility.
2. It will feature orthopedic specialists, adult primary care physicians, X-ray and physical therapy specialists among others.
3. Construction is due for completion in July and it is expected to open in January 2020.
