Four highlights:
1. The goal of the new five-story facility is to provide the south central and southern Ohio region with better access to orthopedic treatment and minimally invasive surgical care.
2. The investment is planned to meet the needs of the growing orthopedic service line and robotic surgery program at ARMC.
3. The new center will feature at least six operating rooms to meet the technological and special requirements for current and future orthopedic and robot-assisted procedures.
4. Construction will begin later this year and the center will open in 2021.
