4. Police arrested Melissa Peoples, 48, the alleged drunk driver who is charged with killing Dr. Kayruz. According to police, she fled the scene after hitting him with her SUV and hit another car shortly thereafter.
5. Ms. Peoples is free on bond and has a case pending in criminal court.
