Dr. Shutack performs minimally disruptive spine and cerebrovascular surgery. He received his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia and completed his neurosurgery residency at the Richmond-based Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
He is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Georgia Neurosurgical Society and North American Spine Society, among other professional organizations. Dr. Shutack also serves as a contributing editor for Hampton Roads Physician Magazine.
