Dr. Chad Bender joins Washington Orthopaedic Center: 3 details

Centralia-based Washington Orthopaedic Center welcomed orthopedic surgeon Chad L. Bender, according to the Thurston Talk.

Three details:

1. With expertise in hand, wrist and elbow surgery, Dr. Bender’s additional specialties include arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery as well as hand joint replacement.

2. Dr. Bender is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

3. After earning his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in Little Rock, Dr. Bender completed his residency at Honolulu-based Tripler Army Medical Center. He underwent hand surgery fellowship training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., which is now part of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
