Dr. Andreshak specializes in degenerative spine conditions, cervical artificial discs, spinal fusion, microdiscectomy and minimally invasive spine surgery. He served as a rocket scientist in the U.S. Air Force before receiving his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in North Chicago. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Loyola University in Maywood, Ill.
He became the chief of spine surgery in the U.S. Air Force and served in Operation Enduring Freedom. He relocated to Alaska from the Chicago area and enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.
