Orthopedic Institute of Santa Barbara welcomes Dr. Christian Guier: 4 things to know

Board-certified orthopedic surgeon Christian A. Guier, MD, joined the Orthopedic Institute of Santa Barbara (Calif.), according to Noozhawk.com.

Here are four things to know:

1. Dr. Guier will direct FastTrack Orthopedics, OISB’s new walk-in clinic.

2. He received his medical degree from McGill University Medical School in Montreal, Canada, and completed his residency and internship at UC San Diego Medical Center.

3. He served as a team physician and surgeon for the French National Ski Team on the World Cup Circuit.

4. Dr. Guier joins William R. Gallivan, Jr., MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon focused on sports medicine and total joint replacement.
