Montecito Medical acquires Ohio outpatient center: 3 highlights

Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito Medical Real Estate purchased Chardon (Ohio) Surgery Center.

Here are three highlights:

1. The 24,000-square-foot outpatient center features an MRI center, three operating rooms and a laser surgery center.

2. Chardon Surgery Center occupies one-third of the medical building, sharing it with Precision Orthopaedic Specialists and Kellis Eye Center.

3. This is Montecito’s 19th acquisition in 2018. Chardon Surgery Center is home to seven physicians who specialize in orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacement, podiatry and pain management.
