Here are three things to know:
1. Dr. Rush received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and underwent sports medicine and shoulder reconstruction fellowship training at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas in Greenville, S.C.
2. Dr. Rush specializes in shoulder, elbow, hip and knee arthroscopic surgery, as well as shoulder and knee reconstruction surgery.
3. Meridian-based Rush Health Systems is the largest non-governmental employer in the region, with seven hospitals and more than 30 clinics.
