Dr. Blake Peterson to join Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center in St. Joseph

Blake Peterson, MD, will join the Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center in St. Joseph, Mo., in August 2018.

Dr. Peterson is a board-certified orthopedic adult reconstruction surgeon who specializes in joint replacement. Dr. Peterson received his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia and underwent adult reconstruction fellowship training at Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic in Alexandria, Va.

Dr. Peterson is also affiliated with St. Joseph-based Mosaic Life Care and the St. Joseph Center for Outpatient Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons as well as a member of the Missouri State Orthopaedic Association.
