1. OMNI’s proprietary robotic platform OMNIBotics is designed to enable surgeons to perform patient-specific total knee surgery.

2. Before joining OMNI, Mr. Epstein served as president and CEO of Sonoma Orthopedic Products for five years.

3. Mr. Epstein joins OMNI as it begins launching the OMNIBotics Active Spacer technology for robotically balancing ligaments during total knee replacement surgery.
