John DiFiori, MD, will serve as the chief of New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery’s primary care sports medicine service.

Michael Ryan, MD, joined the staff of Birmingham, Ala.-based Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center.

Steven Kana, MD, joined Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional’s Sports Medicine Institute as an orthopedic and sports medicine specialist, The Union Times reports.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Atrium Health added Claude Moorman III, MD, to its staff, the Independent Tribune reports.
