National Athletic Trainers Association, National Academy of Neuropsychology Team Up for Hockey Concussion Education Campaign

The National Academy of Neuropsychology and National Athletic Trainers’ Association have partnered on a safety campaign to raise concussion awareness in hockey, according to a news release from both organizations.

The organizations have released a 12-minute educational video titled “Concussions in Hockey: Signs, Symptoms and Playing Safe.” The campaign urges athletes to immediately consult an athletic trainer, team physician or coach if they suspect having a concussion.
