Dr. Robert Watkins Gives Medical Clearance to Cleveland Browns’ Robaire Smith

Spine surgeon Robert Watkins, MD, has given Cleveland Browns defensive end Robaire Smith clearance to play, according to a Chronicle Telegram report.

Last season Mr. Smith suffered a spinal bruise that caused him to miss the last 11 games.
