Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kenmore Mercy Hospital earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for total knee and total hip replacement, according to Niagara Frontier Publications.

3. The Joint Commission conducted an on-site review of the hospital in August, assessing care delivery, patient education, outcomes, rehabilitation, leadership and medication management.

 

4. The hospital performs 1,300-plus joint replacements each year.
