Dr. Leon Abram Joins Danville Spine Center in Virginia

Leon Abram, MD, a traumatic spinal disorder surgeon, recently joined Danville (Va.) Spine Center, a division of Danville Orthopedic Clinic, according to a Danville Regional Medical Center news release.

Dr. Abram has a professional interest in adult and pediatric reconstructive spine procedures. He previously served on the staff at Boca Raton (Fla.) Community Hospital in North Broward Medical Center and Pinecrest Rehab Hospital. Throughout his career, he has helped develop spinal instrumentation and minimally invasive surgical equipment.

He earned his medical degree at the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis Medical School and completed his orthopedic training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland. His additional training includes a spine fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
