Lakewood Ranch Medical Center appoints Dr. Andrew Moulton surgery chief: 4 highlights

Andrew W. Moulton, MD, is now Lakewood Ranch (Fla.) Medical Center’s chief of surgery, according to Herald-Tribune.

1. Dr. Moulton treats patients at Sarasota (Fla.) Orthopedic Associates.

 

2. He is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon, specializing in correcting severe scoliosis and spinal deformities.

 

3. Dr. Moulton performs a range of spinal procedures, from conservative care to minimally invasive spine surgery.

 

4. He completed a spine surgery fellowship at NYU Langone Medical Center’s Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York City. Dr. Moulton was also a North American Spine Society traveling fellow.
