Glendale-based Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin has purchased an adjacent office from Milwaukee-based Phoenix Investors, according to Biz Times.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. The hospital paid Phoenix Investors $2.5 million for the property.

 

2. Phoenix purchased the three-story, 70,758-square-foot building in 2013 for $1.75 million.

 

3. Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin has yet to approach the city of Glendale regarding expansion plans.

 

4. The hospital offers a complete range of orthopedic inpatient and outpatient procedures, diagnostic and rehabilitation services, sports medicine and trauma care.
