John R. Barker, MD, of Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic in Lone Tree, Colo., will be included in the upcoming publication of The Leading Physicians of the World.

1. Dr. Barker has practiced orthopedic spine surgery for 16 years.

 

2. After attending the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, Dr. Barker completed his internship and residency at Southern Illinois University College of Medicine in Springfield and his fellowship at the Rocky Mountain Spine Clinic.

 

3. His interests are in degenerative conditions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, as well as scoliosis, spine trauma, spine tumors, MIS and total disc arthroscopy.

 

4. Dr. Barker is board certified in orthopedic surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, the Aurora-Adams County Medical Society, Denver Medical Society and the Cervical Spine Research Society.
