1. The agreement includes DenerveX System distribution in Italy.
2. Via the agreement, AlfaMed will provide sales, marketing and distribution services for the DenerveX System launch.
3. The DenerveX System includes the DenerveX device and the DenerveX Pro-40 Power Generator. The system is intended to relieve pain associated with the facet joint.
4. Currently, the DenerveX is not FDA cleared or CE marked.
