Providence Medical Technology names Gregory Curhan new CFO: 5 things to know

Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Providence Medical Technology appointed Gregory S. Curhan the new CFO and senior vice president of corporate development, according to MENAFN.com.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. Mr. Curhan is equipped with more than three decades of experience in the medical and information technology fields.

 

2. He previously served as CFO for several public and private companies.

 

3. A founder of San Francisco-based Merriman Curhan Ford, Mr. Curhan served as the investment bank’s president.

 

4. Providence Medical develops cervical spine fusion products, including instruments, intervertebral cages, orthopedic bone screws and allograft bone.

 

5. In December 2016, Providence Medical closed a $10.5 million equity financing round.
