3. Dr. Parks earned his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from A.T. Still University – Kirksville (Mo.) College of Osteopathic Medicine.
4. Following medical school, he underwent his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship at Detroit-based Henry Ford Hospital.
