At NorthShore University HealthSystem Medical Group, Dr. Bashyal is a clinical assistant professor and an attending physician in the department of orthopedic surgery. He practices at two NorthShore Medical Group offices in Illinois, based in Skokie and Glenview. His research, which investigates surgical outcomes and complications associated with joint procedures, has been published in Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery and Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics.
Dr. Bashyal earned his medical degree at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He went on to complete residency training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and an adult hip and knee reconstruction fellowship at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
