Amendia Chairman Dr. Scott Bruder delivers stem cell presentation at summit: 6 highlights

Marietta, Ga.-based Amendia’s Chairman Scott P. Bruder, MD, PhD, delivered a presentation at the World Stem Cell Summit, held in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Dec. 8, 2016.

1. Dr. Bruder gave a presentation titled, “Our Journey from Autologous to Allogeneic Stem Cell Therapy: How did we get here & when do we use what?”

 

2. He delivered the presentation with Timothy Ganey, PhD, Lou Barnes and Lisa Ferrara, PhD.

 

3. Dr. Bruder commented the presentation focused on the “translation and commercialization for the present and future of stem cell medicine.”

 

4. In its 12th year, the World Stem Cell Summit offers 225 speakers and more than 90 hours of programming, attracting more than 1,200 attendees.

 

5. Heading New York City-based Bruder Consulting International, Dr. Bruder offers services to medical device, biotechnology and regenerative medicine clients.

 

6. In his role as Amendia chairman, Dr. Bruder assists in developing biologic implants and medical devices for spine.
