Mighty Oak Medical, an Englewood, Colo.-based biotechnology company, has received its second FDA clearance for its Firefly pedicle screw navigation guide service.

1. This clearance extends compatibility to additional pedicle screw systems.

 

2. Firefly leverages a presurgical planning service that individualizes treatment for each patient. The navigation service then physically guides the surgeon, following the inputs selected during the planning process.
