Prior to joining Southern Oregon Orthopedics, Dr. Cabalo practiced at a Kaiser Permanente medical office in Wailuku, Hawaii. In Oregon, he has volunteered his time at Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University, where he has served as both a high school football physician and as a rodeo physician. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Cabalo earned his medical degree at University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu. He went on to complete an orthopedic surgery residency at Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University and a spine fellowship at Daly City, Calif.-based SpineCare Medical Group.
