Dr. Pierson specializes in brain, spine and peripheral nerve surgery.
He began his career after earning his medical degree from Columbia University in New York City. He completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Minnesota and a residency in neurosurgery at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minn.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Pierson was a clinical associate professor in the department of neurosurgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
Dr. Pierson is a member of the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is a fellow with the American College of Surgeons.
