2. Dr. Sanders had a transitional year and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He had a fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida.
3. Dr. Quigley completed his residency at Loma Linda University and followed it with a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at the University of Utah.
