Shriners Hospitals for Children in Oak Park, Ill., named Purnendu Gupta, MD, chief of staff.

 

The International Association of HealthCare Professionals welcomed neurosurgeon James P. Argires, MD.

 

Spine surgeon Jeff A. Lehmen, MD, will join the International Association of HealthCare Professionals.

 

Continental Who’s Who, a publisher of business leaders’ professional biographies, named neurosurgeon Kamal R. Woods, MD, a Pinnacle Professional in healthcare.

 

Worcester-based University of Massachusetts Medical School and Worcester-based University of Massachusetts Medical Center appointed Mark D. Johnson, MD, PhD, chair of the neurosurgery department.

 

The International Association of HealthCare Professionals inducted board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon Gerald Q. Greenfield Jr., MD.
