Summit Orthopedics to open new location in Eagan in February: 5 notes

Woodbury, Minn.-based Summit Orthopedics is building a new location in Eagan, Minn., according to Finance & Commerce.

Here are five notes:

 

1. Summit Orthopedics expects to complete construction of the 90,000-square-foot building by Feb. 1, 2017.

 

2. The Eagan location will provide orthopedic surgical and non-surgical services.

 

3. The office will house operating rooms and care suites for overnight stays.

 

4. The project totals between $25 million and $30 million.

 

5. MPS Commercial of Eagan serves as the project developer. The company bought the 4.2-acre property for $2.4 million and will be the site’s landlord.
