Here are five key notes:
1. The complex will include a sports medicine center, physical therapy center as well as courts and training areas.
2. Emory is moving its entire sports medicine department to the new facility.
3. The sports medicine center will feature three Tesla MRI scanners, diagnostic imaging technology and 3-D motion capture analysis.
4. The complex will also serve as the official practice and training facility for the Atlanta Hawks.
5. Emory Healthcare and Atlanta Hawks expect to complete the complex before the 2017-2018 season.
