More Indian youth experiencing spinal problems — 3 observations

In India, one in five people aged between 20 years and 30 years are experiencing spinal complications, according to The Health Site.

Here are three observations:

 

1. Physicians have noted a 60 percent increase in spinal complications among the younger population.

 

2. Prolonged sitting and poor posture may contribute to this increase in spinal problems.

 

3. Mobile phones also cause people to constantly bend their necks down, resulting in damaged cervical spines.
