Titan Spine names General Counsel vice president: 5 points

Mequon, Wisc.-based Titan Spine appointed Ragan E. Cheney, JD, vice president of General Counsel.

1. Ms. Cheney will protect Titan Spine’s legal interests, specifically focusing on the company’s intellectual property portfolio and scientific data.

 

2. She will also defend corporate compliance initiatives.

 

3. Ms. Cheney is experienced in defense litigation, risk avoidance and employee recruitment.

4. Before taking on this role, she worked as an in-house senior legal consultant with Associated Financial Group.

 

5. Ms. Cheney graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown.
