Dr. Keenen is currently the president of the Oregon Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and is affiliated with North American Spine Society and Scoliosis Research Society, among other organizations.
Dr. Keenen performs minimally invasive spine surgery, motion preservation surgeries, micro-discectomy, cervical fusion and lumbar fusion.
After earning his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Keenen completed a surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Oakland, Calif.-based U.S Naval Medical Center. He completed his training with a spine fellowship at University of California, Davis.
