1. The practice will use two-thirds of the first floor of the two-story office.
2. The rest of the space will house a physical therapy practice.
3. Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists plans to start construction in the spring, following site plan approval from the town. The project will take approximately one year to complete.
4. The practice includes 29 physicians and more than 12 locations in Onondaga County.
