1. Dr. Mouton is co-founder and president of the Butterfly Foundation, a charity organization.
2. He travels with his team to developing countries several times each year to perform spinal surgeries and instruct spine surgeons in those countries.
3. Dr. Moulton is a practicing spine surgeon at Sarasota (Fla.) Orthopedic Associates. He is also director of the Scoliosis Clinic at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, N.Y.
4. He completed his spine surgery fellowship at NYU’s Hospital for Joint Disease.
5. He is committee chairman of the North American Spine Society’s Spine Care Relief United Beyond Borders.
