1. Johnson & Johnson Innovation facilitated the deal.
2. Through the partnership, the companies aim to provide a new therapy to treat the disease using a minimally invasive implant.
3. The companies will work to create the implant both in Israel and the United States, where researchers will conduct pre-clinical trials and laboratory tests.
4. Researchers will conduct the trials and tests in medical and university centers in the two countries.
