Antoine Jerusalem of University of Oxford in the United Kingdom won an Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council’s Healthcare Technologies Challenge Award for his neurology research.

1. His research, NeuroPulse, explores the interaction between the mechanical vibration properties of neurons and their electrophysiological functions.

 

2. The technology is deigned to advance traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury treatment.
